About the Project

Onslow Avenue, Elizabeth Bay (Residential)

This prestige block chose video intercom and access control to give them the greatest level of security control and flexibility with mobile access of those systems.

They have Bticino C300 video intercom handsets, which have a large 7" screen and can be set up through a wireless connection to an internal modem/internet and then onto smartphones for remote answering and activation of the intercom.

We installed a CS Technologies Access Control system with HID mobile credentials, and keypad access.

Restricted lift access was implemented in the lift with integrated intercom floor access enabled.

The Challenge

The building's previous system lacked modern features like smartphone access, remote control, and efficient visitor management. Residents needed greater flexibility without compromising security, and the strata committee required a reliable, professional provider to execute the upgrade.

The residents were very contious of the asthetics of the building, and the Bticino SFER 2-wire intercom door stations look fantastic in the sleek surroundings.
