About the Project

Bulwara Rd, Ultimo (Residential)

This large residential complex required enhanced security across multiple entry points. To support 98 units, Quatrix delivered a custom system combining access control and intercom technology.

The scope involved installing 9 audio intercom entry panels and 10 access control reader panels. This allowed residents to move securely throughout the complex, while maintaining full building lockdown capability.

The success of the project was driven by close collaboration between the Quatrix project team, the Strata committee, and the Executive Committee, ensuring all stakeholders stayed informed and aligned.
