About the Project

Belmore Road, Randwick (Residential)

Located in the heart of Randwick, this building features serviced apartments, permanent residences, and an on-site gym. Originally a hotel, the site presented a unique challenge due to its varied usage and high-traffic environment.

Quatrix provided a comprehensive upgrade that included Intercom, Access Control, CCTV, Data & Phone, Foxtel and Digital TV connections to meet the building’s modern residential and commercial needs.

The building was completely renovated around the original hotel structure. No electrical or communications risers existed, but new cables had to be installed for all services.
